These balloons are sold uninflated and include all of the accessories, such as ribbon and weights, that you'll need to create your own beautiful balloon bouquets. Helium is not included. You can either rent or buy a helium tank locally or have a grocery florist or party store inflate them for a nominal charge.

Note: Mylar balloons should never be tied together. Attach each balloon to a ribbon and secure the ribbon to a weight. Properly dispose of foil balloons by cutting to release air or helium before placing them in the trash. Avoid electrical outlets when displaying mylar balloons. Uninflated or broken latex balloons are a choking hazard for young children. Adult supervision is required. Discard broken balloons at once.
