Anjelica's Boudoir currently accepts Visa & MasterCard
online and by phone, all PayPal payments (see below), and
United States Postal Service money orders. We no longer accept
personal checks, cashier's checks and private company money
orders. You will receive email confirmation when your payment
is processed.
Once credit card information is entered and the continue
button is clicked, payment is immediately processed. Customer
cancelled orders are subject to a 5% fee to cover reversal
charges.
Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server
certified Hacker Safe and tested daily by ScanAlert.

Your privacy is extremely important to us at Anjelica's
Boudoir. Any information obtained from this web site will
not be shared nor distributed to anyone outside of Anjelica
Productions, LLC.
The information we collect: The business
information we collect such as your name, mailing address,
email address, and phone numbers must be collected to fulfill
your orders. Financial information such as your credit card
number will be collected to complete your on-line transaction.
Technical information such as your IP address and type of
web browser may be collected when you visit our site. This
information is anonymous and does not identify you personally
but is helpful for improving the site for all users. When
you visit our site, a "cookie" or small file may be placed
on your computer to enable certain web site features.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information:
All information submitted to us will be kept private
and will NEVER be shared or distributed to anyone outside
of Anjelica Productions, LLC. All information is stored on
secure servers that are not accessible to unauthorized individuals.
State-of-the-art firewalls and other security products and
procedures protect these servers. Sensitive information such
as credit card numbers is encrypted before being transmitted.
Our web site contains links to other web sites. We are not
responsible for privacy practices or the content of such web
sites.

SHIPPING:
When you order online, shipping is automatically calculated
upon check out. Shipping and handling is calculated as 5%
of your order plus a flat shipping rate. This flat rate will
remain the same regardless of how many items you order. A
6% sales tax applies for residents of Georgia.
For small numbers of light items, such as balloons or 1/2
oz. fragrance oils, please place your order by phone for reduced
shipping rates.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation or UPS. FedEx shipment is available;
please call for rates. Balloon orders generally ship within
1-3 business days. Party supplies generally ship within 1-
7 business days. Some of our decor and specialty items can
take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Shipping speed will depend on
the products ordered. Due to the global import nature of many
of our products, we sometimes have delays due to transportation
and customs that are beyond our control. An email will be
sent to confirm your order and when your package ships. We
will contact you immediately if there is a problem with your
order or if there is a serious delay.

Not all items are able to be rushed.
BACKORDERS: If you have ordered items that are
not currently in stock and we are unable to obtain the items
within a reasonable amount of time, we will contact you for
instructions.
Anjelica's Boudoir does ship to APO/FPO addresses
via USPS priority mail. However, we cannot guarantee delivery
by a certain date due to the delays in military delivery.
Anjelica's Boudoir reserves the right to change
customer selected USPS Priority Mail shipping options to USPS
Parcel Post for heavy and oversized purchases.

REMINDER ABOUT BALLOON SHIPPING: All balloons,
except those identified as pre-inflated are shipped flat (uninflated).
You will need to rent a helium tank or get a local party supply
or floral store to inflate balloons for you
PACKAGING NOTE: To help keep our environment
clean, Anjelica's Boudoir uses recycled packaging materials
for shipping when possible.

RETURNS:
If you would like to return any of our products*, please
notify us via e-mail and include an explanation of why you
would like to return the product. A Return Merchandise Authorization
number will be sent to you via email. This number must accompany
the returned product. Credit is subject to evaluation of the
returned material by our Quality Control Department. Unless
we are at fault in filling the order, all undamaged returns
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted
up to 30 days from the shipment date. All material must be
returned in original packaging.
* Bath, Body and Aromatherapy products cannot be refunded,
returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED BALLOONS:
Mylar balloons that are not useable due to manufacturers'
defects will be replaced. We cannot reimburse for return freight
charges, but if you return the merchandise to us, we will
replace the balloons at no additional cost to you. Mark the
defect on each balloon and deflate by inserting a straw through
the self-sealing valve and pushing the helium or air out of
the balloon through the straw. Over-inflated balloons, improperly
heat-sealed balloons and balloons deflated by 'stabbing' will
not qualify as defective. Do not cut balloon stems. Single
defective latex balloons cannot be replaced. However, if an
entire bag of latex balloons appears defective, return the
entire bag for replacement. Balloon replacement returns must
be made within 30 days of purchase. Please include a brief
letter explaining the defect along with your name, address,
phone number and order number. Return damaged balloons to:

OTHER DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
If you notice that a package has been damaged upon arrival,
you may refuse receipt of the package or return it directly
to us by using the "Return to Sender" option. If
you discover that items have been damaged after the package
has been opened, please notify us by e-mail immediately for
return and/or replacement. Please save original packing material
for returns.
